  • The date you created your account and accepted our Terms

From your wallet:

  • The public wallet addresses you link
  • On-chain transaction data relating to your deposits and withdrawals

From your connection:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device string (user agent), and sign-in times

From your use:

  • Bets placed, games played, balances, and timestamps
  • Chat messages and support tickets you send

3. Why we collect it

  • To operate your account, credit deposits, and process withdrawals
  • To generate game outcomes and settle bets
  • To prevent abuse, duplicate accounts, and fraud
  • To send account emails such as password resets and verification
  • To respond to complaints and requests
  • To meet our own record-keeping obligations

4. Cookies

We use only functional cookies, to keep you signed in and remember preferences. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking pixels.

5. Who we share with

  • RPC and infrastructure providers, to read and write to the Base network
  • Hosting, database and CDN providers, to serve the Service
  • Our email provider (Resend), to send account emails

The public bet feed shows a masked username, or “Hidden” if you turn on privacy in your account. We do not sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, as needed for accounting, disputes, and evidence of eligibility.

7. Your rights

You can view your sessions and sign out other devices from your account page. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by raising a ticket on our Support page. Deletion may be limited where records are needed for accounting or dispute purposes.
