1. Agreement

1.1 These Terms govern your use of Basino (the “Service”).

1.2 By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1.3 The Service is operated by Basino (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.4 We may change these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2.3 By using the Service you attest that you are not a resident of, or located in: the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, or any other jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

2.4 It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.5 You must not be subject to any applicable sanctions.

3. Your account

3.1 One account per person and per wallet address.

3.2 You are responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials. We never ask for your seed phrase.

3.3 Accounts are not transferable.

3.4 We may refuse, suspend, or close any account at our discretion, with or without stated reason. A suspended account can still sign in and withdraw its balance.

4. Deposits

4.1 We accept USDC on the Base network only.

4.2 Deposits are credited once confirmed on-chain.

4.3 Deposits must be made from a wallet or exchange account you control.

4.4 We are not liable for funds sent on an unsupported network, to an incorrect address, or in an unsupported token.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawals are sent only to a wallet address you have linked to your account.

5.2 Most withdrawals are sent automatically within minutes. Larger withdrawals, and unusual activity, are reviewed by a person before sending.

5.3 We may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal, at any time and at any amount.

5.4 We may process a large withdrawal in tranches.

5.5 A withdrawal cannot exceed your account balance.

5.6 Funds committed to a game in progress cannot be withdrawn until the game completes.

5.7 While a bonus wagering requirement is active, withdrawals are locked until it is met. You can forfeit the bonus at any time to unlock them.

6. Limits and maximum payout

6.1 Minimum and maximum bets for each game are displayed in the interface.

6.2 There is a maximum profit per bet (payout minus stake), displayed in the interface. Where a bet's possible profit is known in advance, a bet over the limit cannot be placed; otherwise the profit is capped at the limit.

6.3 Bet limits and maximum payouts may change without notice. A change never affects a bet already placed.

7. Games and fairness

7.1 All game outcomes are generated server-side and are provably fair.

7.2 Every bet uses three inputs: a server seed (chosen by us), a client seed (which you can change at any time), and a nonce.

7.3 Before you bet, we show you the SHA-256 hash of the server seed. When you rotate to a new seed pair, the old server seed is revealed so you can check it matches that hash.

7.4 The nonce starts at 0 for each seed pair and increases by 1 with every bet. Neither we nor you choose it.

7.5 The outcome of every bet is derived as:

HMAC_SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed + ":" + nonce + ":" + round)

where round counts up from 0 when a game needs more than one 32-byte block of randomness.

7.6 Once a server seed is revealed, any player can verify every bet made with it, on our Fairness page or with any compatible third-party verifier.

7.7 A house edge applies. It is built into the published payout odds.

7.8 We may add, remove, or alter games, odds, and payouts at any time. Changes never affect bets already placed.

8. Errors, voiding and technical faults

8.1 We may void, adjust, or resettle any bet accepted as a result of an error, mispricing, malfunction, or technical fault.

8.2 We may void bets where we reasonably suspect abuse, collusion, or manipulation.

8.3 If a game begins but fails to complete, stakes are returned.

8.4 We are not liable for downtime, lag, or interrupted play.

9. Bonuses and rewards

9.1 Any bonus, reward, or promotion is subject to its own terms, shown before you accept it.

9.2 We may withhold, alter, or withdraw any bonus at our discretion.

10. Responsible gambling

10.1 You can set loss and wager limits, take a break, or self-exclude at any time. See our responsible gambling page.

11. Closing your account

11.1 You may close your account at any time. Your withdrawable balance remains yours.

11.2 We may close your account and return your withdrawable balance at our discretion.

12. Complaints

12.1 Support and complaints are handled in-site on our Support page. No email is required. Include the bet ID or transaction hash where relevant.

12.2 Raise a ticket and we will respond on that page.

12.3 Our determination on any dispute is final.

13. Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13.2 Our aggregate liability is limited to the balance held in your account.

14. Intellectual property

14.1 The Service, its code, design, and marks belong to us.

14.2 You may not reproduce the Service without consent.

15. General

15.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us.

15.2 If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder survives.

15.3 We may assign our rights. You may not.

15.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.

15.5 Where language versions conflict, the English version prevails.
