Responsible gambling

Last updated 2026-10-14

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Every game here has a house edge, so over time you should expect to lose.

Tools you control

  • Loss and wager limits: daily, weekly or monthly. Lowering a limit applies immediately; raising it waits 24 hours.
  • Take a break: 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
  • Self-exclusion: 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. It cannot be reversed early, by you or by us.
  • Reality check: a reminder of how long you've been playing.

Set these on your account page. Withdrawals are never blocked by them.

Signs it may be a problem

  • Spending more than you can afford, or chasing losses.
  • Borrowing money or selling things to gamble.
  • Gambling affecting your work, relationships or mood.
